Are A Powell Builders properly insured?

Yes. A copy of our Insurance (Liability Regulations 1998) is available for your inspection in our offices. We are covered for not less than £5 million of liabilities,and we can arrange cover for larger amounts should your work make this necessary.

Are all your subcontractors similarly insured?

Yes.

Will A Powell Builders provide me with a list of references so I can inspect their previous work?

Yes.
